Giovanna Hilke and her company, Hilke Collection, have gained significant attention after launching their new jewelry collection. Hilke Collection is primarily known for its designed brass candlesticks and vases but is now expanding its offerings to include jewelry, something Giovanna sees as a natural progression. "Jewelry is something I wear mainly for parties and dinners, and it complements my vision that our products should create a cohesive atmosphere, framing the feeling of celebration in the living room and home—places where our other products evoke the same sense of occasion."
After a series of successful launches in recent years, Hilke Collection is now setting its sights on expanding in the Nordics and the rest of Europe. As part of this initiative, Hilke Collection is now raising capital through a targeted share issue. This capital raise is not just aimed at bringing in funds but also includes an advisory partnership where Quiq Holding, as an investor, also contributes complementary expertise to the company.
"Hilke Collection, and particularly Giovanna Hilke, have impressed me, and I see Giovanna's innovative capabilities and design skills as unique. However, our primary investment is in Giovanna as an entrepreneur, and I believe she has the ability, together with Quiq, to take the company to new heights. We form a strong team, and it will be exciting to see how far we can go," says Daniel Johnsson, Investment Manager at Quiq Holding AB.
"This deal was a natural step for us as we aim to continue expanding and developing across multiple channels. Our goal is to focus on Sweden and Norway while also expanding into neighboring countries. Other markets of interest for the company include Denmark, Germany, the US, and the Middle East. We will continue to develop our product categories and build a strong, mutually beneficial relationship with our customers," says Giovanna Hilke, CEO of Hilke Collection.
